Farnaz Ranjbar is our Chief People Officer. A lawyer holding an MBA, Farnaz brings with her extensive global experience spanning 20 years at senior level across a range of industries. With strong strategic input to business development and growth through people, Farnaz is passionate about creating great workplaces for employees, enabling business success and contributing to a better world.
Farnaz joined us from the FTSE 250 Coats Group plc where she was Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Before that, Farnaz was the European Executive Board member of the giant logistics company DHL Express, where she led HR for their 55,000-strong workforce. Farnaz is also a Non-Executive Director and Council member of Aston University, where she contributes to its strategic direction and supports its mission in teaching, research and community impact.
Farnaz will help shape our structural, people and performance functions while aligning strongly with our strategy and creating a high-performance culture.
