Percy is the CEO of Central Chilcotin Rehabilitation Ltd. (CCR), a joint venture owned by the Tŝideldel First Nation and the Tl’etinqox Government and serves as a Councillor for Tŝideldel First Nation. He is also a director or advisor for several forestry and economic development organizations, including Drax, Eniyud Community Forests, the BC First Nation Forestry Council, Dandzen Development Corporation, and Tl’etinqox Development Corporation.
