Albert (Al) Gerow is a Natural Resource Advisor for the Ts’il Kaz Koh First Nation, in Burns Lake, British Columbia office, bringing more than 30 years of cross-sector leadership experience. He is known for building collaborative relationships across local, regional, provincial, and federal governments, as well as with First Nations, industry, and community organizations. Al has extensive expertise in forestry and natural resources, human resources management, governance, education, and community economic development, and is skilled at aligning diverse interests to advance complex initiatives.
